ICP match

Paste your website. Get the events where your buyers are.

One call reads your site, drafts who you sell to, and returns your upcoming events ranked by fit. Running it for clients? Point it at their site instead. Same call.

  • Your personas, sectors and regions drafted from your site, editable before matching
  • A fit score built from your matching speakers, their share of the stage, and sponsor overlap
  • Each event comes back with your people, profile links included, and the sponsors with tier
  • Don't code? The dashboard runs the same call for you

FAQ

Things you'll want to know.

Where does your data come from?

We consolidate thousands of conference websites, dozens of organiser calendars and event directories (10times, Conference Index, EventsEye, Expodatabase, TradeFairDates, Informa, RX, Clarion, CloserStill, Terrapinn and more), open datasets such as confs.tech, and structured feeds like Sessionize and schema.org. Every event is then read from its own site for speakers, sponsors and details, and re-read as the date gets closer. Nothing behind a login.

Will my events be in there?

Conferences, congresses, summits and expos worldwide, every sector, 12 months ahead. The catalog is rebuilt monthly. Missing one of yours? Email us and we add it.

What is an ICP and why do I need one?

Your ideal customer profile: who buys from you, their sectors, where they are, your competitors. Paste your website and we draft it; edit it in a minute. Every answer in the platform is then ranked for those people instead of for everyone.

How do credits work?

One credit is one record we return: an event, a person, a sponsor. Browsing the shortlist costs one credit per event; opening an event costs one per speaker and sponsor you get. Empty results cost nothing, and credits refill monthly on the day you signed up, or your billing day once you pay.

What is an attendee list?

The people who say publicly they're going to an event, matched to your ICP and scored. Request it on any event and it lands in the platform, with a CSV, 30 days before the doors open. Growth plan and up.

Do I need to code?

No. The platform runs the same calls for you: paste your site, ask a question, open an event, save it, request the list. The API, CSV and MCP server are there for teams who want to plug it into their own tools.

Can I use it from Claude, Cursor or my own agent?

Yes. Add the hosted MCP server with one URL and your key and every search, event, company lookup and ICP match becomes a tool. Agents can also read llms.txt and the OpenAPI file directly.

How fresh is the data?

The whole database is re-read once a month, and events are read again as their date gets closer. New speakers and sponsors show up in your next question or call.

Is the people data allowed?

Speakers are public professional listings and their profile links come from the event sites themselves. Attendee lists use only what people publish to everyone, and every row shows the source and date. One email removes a person, and they stay removed.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the Account page. You keep what you have until the end of the month. No seats, no minimum term.
